Material selection. It is recommended to use quartz stone material for the countertop, as it is very firmly fixed to the sink. If choosing a rock slab, special fixing methods need to be considered.
Basically fixed. Usually, glass glue and marble glue are used for fixation. Apply marble glue at the junction of the bottom edge of the sink and the countertop, and then apply a circle of glass glue around the surrounding area to achieve basic fixation of the sink.
Reinforcement measures for the basin under the platform. Stone strips (such as 7-shaped or 1-shaped) can be installed at the bottom of the countertop to reinforce the sink, and fixed with marble glue or specialized stone glue. This can disperse the weight of the sink.
Install the metal bracket . To increase additional support.
The problem of water blocking and hanging downwards. It is not recommended to use a water blocking strip as it may increase hygiene blind spots. The countertop should not be hung too wide downwards, as it will increase weight and unnecessary weight.
Choose the appropriate glue. It is recommended to use environmentally friendly anti mold adhesive, such as Wacker DA 's anti mold glass adhesive, because it has better durability.
Table thickness. Choose a quartz countertop with a thickness of 1.5 centimeters or more, which usually provides sufficient support and durability.
Color and pattern selection. Pure white or monochromatic quartz is a good choice because it can achieve seamless splicing and looks neat and atmospheric.
Kitchen layout and storage. Consider installing hanging cabinets, storage racks, and hooks to improve kitchen space utilization.
These measures can help ensure that the installation of kitchen countertops is both sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, while considering practicality and durability.
